Viewing is not a problem. I have a JVC HM700 that gives me XDCAM MOV files and then I convert them to MXF with the nano flash free downloadable software File Converter (I actually spoke with the programmer and asked him expressly to include support for HM700 footage)... I don't have a nano but I can easily view this footage with VLC. I don't think you can view timecode (with frames) but minutes and seconds should be enoguh for a rough cut on the field
