nanoview available ?

Hello

i am looking to purchase a nanoview, but despite some website show a page to order (B&H, videoguys) it is very unclear
if the product even get on production, since it was announced in 2007, planned for late 2008, and we are now Feb 2009 and
still no news.
any info ?
