Oddest problem ever...Pipe Studio

I have an MI Connect running off a Sony M25U and a JVC HD50U. Off the Sony the Connect converts signals just dandy. From the JVC I get a signal with the red and blue guns switched around.
Yup, fiddled with all the menu settings on the JVC...nada.
I sent the box back to Convergent and they obliged me by sending a new box, even though they could not duplicate the problem on their end. I got the new box, hooked it up to the JVC and still had the guns switched...this is somehow in the SDI signal.
Baffled I took the SDI out of the Connect and ran it to my Kona card in the HD suite. Perfect image. I rand the SDI to a DVCAM and monitored the DVCAM output and it was perfect.
Turns out it has something to do with my Pipe Studio card. So any of you Pipe Studio guys out there, you may see this problem.
Thanks to the Convergent guys (Tommy in particular) who worked thru this problem with me. Not a darn thing wrong with the box, and a tricky problem to troubleshoot, but that old Pipe Studio, as reliable as it has been, is standing on its last leg.
