Re: SD-Connect's feature "Frame Synchronizer"

Hi Max,
The Frame synchronizer feature is not like a timebase corrector. The timebase corrector fixes jitter issues from low grade video (like from an old VHS tape that has degraded). A frame synchronizer syncs stable video to an external reference.
Is the video you are trying to sync unstable? There is a setting under capture settings -> video src to change the video source to consumer/professional. Try setting that to consumer. The SD-Connect cannot always lock to very unstable sources (as most equipment would have the same issue). Also try the latest beta firmware 1.1.248.
