sdi to 1394 with timcode sd-connect
by jea123456 on Mar 21, 2007 at 8:11:33 pm

Hi need to make a clone copie from digibeta to dsr-1500 dvcam the dvcam has only the 1394 interface so i did somme test and the problem i see is the timecode is late by 10 to 15 frame on the dvcam the timecode is comming in the sd-connect by the rs-422 deck conector yes or no ??? and in the sd-connect menu i select in deck control 1394to422 so far this is the only way i got timecode from the digibeta to pass is this right other than the timecode the video and audio is fine
also is it possible to have 4 channel of audio as well at the same time if not my only solution is to get the sdi option for that deck would by nice if i could avoid it???
