Hi Justin-
We generally do not see time code breaks on the HD-Connect boxes. We spent a great deal of time working on the RS-422 I/O to eliminate these breaks. You will see a few black frames at any transtion points (points where the "record pause" button was pressed), but generally the time code just continues to advance properly.

We do have an evaluation program for the HD-Connect SI box. Check our web site for the form.
