Hi Andrew,
We tried using Premiere Pro 2.0 here and noticed the problem. We'll work on fixing that shortly. The VIA chipset is a little questionable. I went on Ebay to find the TI chipset cards we use here. They are not used as widely as the VIA chipset, probably due to it costing a few dollars more.
