audio delay resolved

A few weeks ago I posted a problem with getting an audio delay of 2-3 frames. Now I found out from a media 100 expert that there is a setting in media 100 HD to sync the audio to SDI 1 or SDI 2. If one syncs to the wrong one you get an audio delay of 3 frames to account for the format conversion HD to SD. My setting was wrong and the delay did not have anything to do with the convergent box. I mean, how can the convergent box try to do a good job if you feed it delayed audio?
Thank you John for trying to help!
Felix
