Help Converting .max to 3ds

I need help converting a .max model airplane to regular old .3ds
You guessed it...I'm on a mac (ppc) and have no access to max. If anyone could convert it for me, please email me at schultzstudio@dslextreme.com... I would be greatful. The .max file is only 1.4MB
