Chrome Soda Can w/ Artwork HELP!!!!!
by Jacob Behunin on Jun 15, 2009 at 8:27:19 pm

Hey Guys.
Im creating a 3d model of our energy drink we're doing. Chrome can, with the artwork on it....but it shows the chrome under the artwork.

Im having issues getting the artwork on there correctly. Right now, i' have the can, and a cylnder almost the exact same side that i've applied the texture too. But its just not working. I've also tried doing a Multi/Sub object...but trying to get he chrome to show through the semi-transparent areas of the artwork is maddening. Need you help! How do i best apply this texture to the can, and have it look seemless?!?!?!

Here are some photos for your reference.
