burning match

Hello

I'm in need of some help

I'm currently preparing a short movie as a school project and I'm looking for a burning matchstick. (just with flames.) as a 3d studio max file (the only 3d program i have access to) since I need to animate it to rotate through air.

I'm just a novice in the 3d realm (pun intended) and I was wondering if anyone had one (match) ready and would be willing to share it with me. or if someone could point me in the right direction in how to do the flames since the match should not be to hard to model.
