Files won't transfer and can't play any other way

I have worked with the fs-100 without any problems in the past and now suddenly clips I recorded in 720p24 from the HVX200 this weekend (as I have done before without problem) won't transfer over. I mounted the drive after configuring as normal, but when I do log and transfer in FCP6 nothing shows up. It actually did show up briefly at first but when I tried copying it over to my drive it wouldn't show. Then when I mounted again, it wouldn't even show that way. When I try to add the contents folder in manually I get the message "Contents folder has invalid directory structure. Please choose a folder whose directory structure matches the supported media." When the drive is mounted and I open the contents folder I can see mxf files and they all look configured as normal but I can't get any video to transfer or play. To add to this weirdness when I later went back to my fs-100 to try to play back these clips (which I had just played back on the camera before) now it says no clips can be found! But according to the counter the disk is still full! And when mounted it shows the mxf files are there! I have tried repairing the disk but getting all the same stuff. The users manual isn't helping me either. If someone knows what's going on and can help save my footage please let me know asap.
