Quicktime won't play firestore video
by kyle davidson (kyle1775) on Jun 29, 2008 at 3:20:45 pm

I have a firtestore DR-HD100 and a G5 mac running tiger and final cut pro 5. When I enable the firestore and try to play the clips, or import them into final cut, I can hear the sound alright but get noting but a black screen for video. Quicktime tells me that some files associated with the video may need to be downloaded and then takes me to their added software page, but I've pretty much installed all the add-on and, nada.
Any ideas on how to fix this issue would be gratefully appreciated.

Kyle
