Thanks, Michael. I tried both methods (my FS does have v.4), and still the clips are showing up in FCP as 720p60p. The camera is recording at 30p, log and transfer preferences has the remove frames box checked (when I record in P2). I've set the FS to Quicktime PN and the clips still come in at 60p.
Also, the FS starts recording another clip after I stop recording on the camera. That is, I'll record clip one with the camera, stop recording, and the FS automatically starts clip two. I've tried both Ext Ctl Off and Ext Ctl Pause in Setup.
Thanks for the help.
