Play back of half the clip

Hey all,
I am shooting in Pro50 from the HVX 200 and we had about a 4min take and when i go to play back the clip it only plays the last half of the take (Clip) when we down loaded the footage the entire take was there all with in the same clip. I understand the FAT32 thinging however it is still under the 2 gigs and never goes to a new clip. It does not make me feel good when in the field i could not see the entire take. anyone .... anyone
