Hi,

In talking with the folks at Imagine Products, I found out they have been working with a Firestore and have a Beta Version of a fix for this. Obviously the idea above works fine if you still have the Firestore, but if it was a rental, well, contact the folks at Imagine Products and tell them I sent you.
