Firestore/Avid works

Since I have no problem complaining about my Firestore FS100 issues....let me take a moment and thank Matt McEwen for finally solving the FS100/Avid Media Tool problem.
For all of those like myself who could'nt see all of their files when you opened Media Tool.....GOOD NEWS!!!! Matt sent me yet another Firmware update. A beta version created 6/19/06. IT WORKS!! I done two camera tests, power cycling, drive reformatting, the camera and Firestore between locations, shot both PRO50 and HD 720 30P. I have not actually totally filled up the drives in testing, but a dozen scenes in each test, all showed up. Finally after a month, my Firestore/Avid workflow works. I have asked Matt to keep me updated on the next steps (ie getting P2 folders to work) I don't know if the Beta Firmware has been posted on their site yet, but contact Matt if you need it.
