G Raid Mini Raid 1 on Windows

Have a new G raid mini 1Tb. Windows 7. Was able to mount and reformat to NTFS. Drive works fine, but I want Raid 1 on this. Downloaded the G Tech Configurator (G-Tech_Configurator_PC_v1.0). Seems to be a self extracting thing. The G-Tech configurator starts, but I get an "error while loading genaric library". I also tried running as administrator with the same result.
I have also tried running the configurator on an XP system. Here I get a message that says failed to run "c:\program files\oxford semiconductor\g-tech configurator\prelaunch.exe" (Check to see if this file is in the Zip)
That file is not in the zip. There is a __MACOSX Folder with another file in it. That makes no sense as this is supposed to be a windows utility.
I think the issue is the correct files are not in the self extracting zip.
