Re: G Drive Q not mounting
by Tracy Hof on Nov 4, 2009 at 5:19:12 am

Wow. I've been having the same problem with a gdrive Q. I'm running Macbook PRO, 2.93ghz, os10.5.8.
It started a few weeks ago with the 'device removal' error then wouldn't show up at all after i restarted. ran disk warrior, etc and nothing helped. I thought it may be the power supply after reading multiple threads and received a new one through tech support and that's not helping. The drive's fan comes on but i don't hear proper spinning. anh help please? can i bring it in personall to tech support? I'm in the los angeles area. Do i lose the data? this is the only copy of our footage!!

Please help. I really held out a lot of hope for the Graid drives but this drive has cost me a fortune in down time! and perhaps a lost client.

Tracy
