G-Raid problem
by Fred Williams on Jun 10, 2009 at 10:18:31 pm

I have had my G-Raid 320 for about 4 years. I have had problems with it which G-Tech was gracious to fix because it was out of warranty. The problem returned shortly after they repaired it. Now it won't mount in Windows XP Professional at all. I have tried restoring my Acronis image to no avail. The fan was the problem intially. It was making noise and they fixed it. It started back shortly after it was repaired. Now it won't mount at all. It was mounted and then all of a sudden, it wasn't. Is it worth getting fix. I have several completed projects on it that I can't access. Any suggestions?
