G-Safe screen not working properly

I've got a small issue with my G-Safe. the display screen is not working properly. It's just displaying symbols and black squares. It is working fine otherwise though.

Has anyone else experienced this? is it perhaps an internal problem? I've only had this one for a few weeks and it's worked fine until now. I have 2 others which are working with no issues.
