I just tried to install the graid mini, what a nightmare, I could never trust this thing in the field using DV Rack HD, way too buggy.

Have yet got a reply from tech support.

They come formatted for FAT32 so they say the Mac and PC can read it.

They provide no driver cd.

the usb cable doesn't work.

Can't mount the drive using the 400FW cable.
