My dealer stripped a brand new drive and swapped out the controller/interface board and now everything is hunky dory. Quick and easy, better than shipping my drive halfway across the planet.
Now I have two beautiful G-Raids and all my data. I was forced to buy a spare to continue my work but I needed two anyway (and proably need a few more still).
G-Tech and Protel, thanks for the help!
