Making Quicktime Movie smaller then 10MB

Guys

I've made a 7 min sequence and using quicktime arrived at a 7 min mov file. Can't send it thro e-mail tho cos its more than 189mb heavy.

Fiddled around with quicktime to arrive at a 4MB smaller version which i can now send thru e-mail but no one seems to be able to open it. Pl help.

How can i make a quicktime movie that can be sent via e-mail?
