I like it, but the color bars seem too overt like saying, "look, I do video!" so I would limit them. I admit to using them too though. Also, I would leave your title up at the beginning a bit longer, so we can see what you do.
Personally, I let my work speak for itself, mostly After Effects, I have been complimented by my peers that this reel shows things which have a reason to be, not just random effects, which is something I strongly go for. Or try to anyway.
