Peter: First, I defragmented my drive where my time line comes from and it took a good hour to finish. I also defragmented my C drive where my system files and DVDit are kept. I looked at the DVDit files and there seem to be quite a few of those, but I couldn't see anything that had any indication of being temporary. After my incident of rejection because of size of file, I did delete the exported file from my export drive. My system drive C is 37.26 GB of which 28.20 are free. Carlos, at Matrox, asked if I could lower quality settings on DVDit. When you first start a project in DVDit, I may have seen that you could select MPEG1, but would I really want to do that? I am almost ready to make another attempt at exporting and burning. I will wait to see what you say first.
