Menu from photoshop pixillates
by

I am using DVDit PE Version 2.5 on Windows XP. My client has supplied me with a background for the opening menu as a photoshop file and a targa file. It has a logo with thick letters which look great in photoshop (V7)but when I bring either the targa or psd file into DVDit, the letters pixellate quite badly, especially on any curved letters. I have tried various options of 'save as' in photoshop - jpeg, bitmap etc, and still the same thing. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Jane
