Compliant MPEG for DVDitPro HD

Hi all, new cow-person here. Hey :-)

Using Adobe Premiere pro/Pro Coder/DVDit ProHD and I'm having problems consistently burning a DVD. Do any of you have tips on the following apparently not totally mpeg compliant setting? Or on the mysterious 20402 non-compliant message that I get when after successfully burning to a folder, it fails when burning from folder to disc? Thank you!!!
