DVDit 6 Pro MAC/PC software?

Hi,
I've been a long time Mac DVD Studio Pro user and I'm working on a new project that requires interactivity for mostly PC users. Question: If I purchase the Mac version and author the project on my Mac, would it behave the same if I authored the project on a PC with the PC version? I've read the threads about DVD@ccess and don't want my end users having to deal it.
