Adding "Rollovers"?

Using DVDit Pro can you add a rollover effect?

I would like to have text buttons down the left side of a page and when you rollover one using the mouse (or click past using a DVD remote) I need a grapic (movie poster) to "pop on" on the right side of the page and change as you rollover each button.

Then when you select the actual text button you'd go to that movie clip. Is this possible?
