Ceri, had not seen this, but I suspect it is a result of our tying together multiple PGCs to make a slideshow that is longer than 99 slides (the usual DVD max). Your, not so great workaround, is to create 99 slide slideshows and tie them together. There would then be a break in the audio...so you have to set it up so that the 99 slides are fit to the audio and then the next 99 slides are fit to their audio.
If you must have the transition between slides 99 and 100, you could create a small project with slides 99 and 100 in it, put in a transition between them, burn a volume and then grab that transition from your "sources" file in your project director...and then run slideshow 1, link to the transition, and link that to slideshow 2. the transition, will not have any audio though...
