it is really about the Blu-ray upgrade. all functionality is ported over to Blu-ray...first play, end actions, HD menus, HD slideshows, HD movies, multiple audio tracks, subtitle tracks, etc. In that regard, it is a huge upgrade for $199...and the only product of its kind in the marketplace. a lot of work went into porting over all of the functionality to Blu-ray. That said, if you are not ready to go Blu, then an upgrade from DVDit Pro 6.1 to DVDit Pro HD doesn't really make sense.
