I too have the same problem. For weeks now I have been trying to make just one master DVD of a 70 minute production. This is edited in Premiere Pro 1.5, each module (about 7 minutes long), is exported as a MPEG2 file using Canopus MPEG encoder, assembled into DVDit ver 5.2 and burnt using either Nero, or my Primera Bravo 2 duplicator. If I just burn another DVD from the same video_ts directory, this one pause is in the same place each time regardless of computer or burner. If I start another DVDit file from scratch, reload all the files back in, the pause is in another (random) place. The rest of the DVD is perfect in every other way.

This is driving me crazy as I cannot sell product with even one fault, any ideas?

We have made many other DVD productions before without problems.
