SS are you on the Sonic support team? The program has resorted to not opening again after it worked once on Saturday when i renamed the file folder you suggested...... It crashes on the second instance of "asset loading" after timeline loads..... I have installed and reinstalled and dumped the folder and installed numerous times to no avail.... i even copied identical folders from another Avid (that works), ie dlls, content etc. still doesn't launch..... i have the txt file of the dump..... i just dont know if you are part of the team to understand it. I have left an e-mail for my installer to see if he has any suggestions....

Thanks for you help, you seem to be passionate about dvdit pro, and i appreciate all your previous postings helping other users...
