DVDit 6.1 Pro issues and 5.1 pass-thru

I'm having a problem with 6.1 Pro. Whenever I introduce 5.1 audio into the project I get chapter navigation and playback problems. In DVDit preview mode what happen is when I manually try and go to a new chapter, using the chapter forward controls, I'll see the first frame of the chapter I'm trying to navigate to and then DVDit bounces back to the beginning of the chapter I was already on. On a set top player I get all kinds of play back and navigation errors, including the chapter navigation one.

It only happens with 5.1 audio in the project, and it doesn't matter how I add it to the project. With stereo audio everything works fine. Ive tried compressing the 5.1 audio using different bit rates but it doesn't matter. It gets really bad when I link the 5.1 tracks with different play-lists and separate menus.

Additionally DVDit crashes every time I turn it off. Not only that but the disc size/data amount feature on the bottom of the timeline doesn't accurately measure the size of the project like it did in earlier versions. I output a project DVDit showed as 3.90 gigs and when I create a disc image the project is more like 4.60 gigs.

Anyone else have these issues? Sonic has been no help with it. I cant seem to get any help in their support section. At this stage DVDit is of little use to me and its completely useless with 5.1 pass thru audio. The Pro version is very buggy.
