Missing Filters after Upgrade to 5

Hello all!
I just did the upgrade from 4 to 5.

I'm on the "Open from Project Browser" window and trying to select one of the "DV Shade" effects.

When I click open, I get the message that "The following items used to create this project are missing: EasyLooks 2.5... etc etc..."

Is this something that does not come with Motion 5?
I did get the supplemental content download.

What am I missing/where is it?
