How to make a light effect like this in Motion

Can anyone suggest the best way to create something similar to this in Motion? I've been playing with lights but can't seem to get anything close.

I'd massively appreciate it if anyone could point me in the direction of any tips/tutorials etc. that would put me on the right track.
