Newbie question; Importing motn. alpha into FCP?

Hi all,
I used a moving lower 3rd template in Motion that has a background layer that can be replaced with video. I was able to do that, but instead of making a ton of clips to import back into FCP, Is there a way to save a .motn and import it into FCP with the alpha?
In reading previous posts, it seems that from within Motion I can make a QT w/alpha (Animation w/Millions of colors), but is there a way to save a Motion project file and import it into FCP (without using a QT file)?
Also, whichever way you guys say is the best, could you tell me what I need to do in Motion (step by step) to make sure the background will key out.
Thanks in advance!
Bill
