Motion 3 Tutorial - I need to learn this in the next month - HELP!

Hey friends,

So my boss wants me to learn Motion and Color in the next month or so to a reasonable level and i have a Lynda.com account but there is not tutorial on Motion 3 yet.

I am curious to hear what other either online or DVD tutorials everyone can recommend for a beginner - something that will also take me into comprehensive stuff once the basics are covered.

really want to learn this fast and get a solid training on the program any help and advice would be really awesome.
