Video Co Productions?

Hi

Could somebody shed some light on the in's and out's regarding entering into a Co Production for a broadcast video series.

I've been working on an idea and am thinking about first finding an experienced company specializing in the area of my script , and then approaching them 'hoping' they'll take it on.

I'm guessing that not one Co Production will be the exact same, and that you'll have to negotiate terms and conditions for each project.

Any information would be appreciated.
I'll be investing time in working the Google machine over the next few days, so if anybody has a link with more information, that would also be appreciated.
