Call ChicagoHD and ask if they can do it. We had an HDCAM-SR tape that we were going to need transfered and they were incredibly helpful on the phone and their rates seemed reasonable.

Unfortunately the project fell through so we didn't end up needing the transfer, but I'm pretty sure they do format conversions, etc... Worth a call anyway.
