my most infamous story was from the NY days, when I was a "big shot" (hey, I'm Bob Zelin - you can't f#$% with me) - and I was screwed over by The Shooting Gallery that was "infamous" for buying Slingblade and subsequently sold it for 10 million to Miramax Films.

So after all the stories involving the threats, the police, the New York Magazine article, the LA Times investigation -
1) I never got my money
2) they went to jail
3) I'm still nobody

The satisfaction of jail still doesn't get me the money that I was owed.
