The Vimeo fine print does say "no business use," however, they are simply trying to discourage big companies with millions of users from overwhelming their servers. If you're doing work for a Fortune 500 company and they want to use Vimeo's servers in lieu of paying for a dedicated service, that's one thing, but if you're working for a small business that another matter.
