looking for ideas...

Hey Cows,

My company creates software for the Fleet Industry to use to manage their fleet of vehicles and equipment.

We now have a library of video tutorials that are available to our customers for them to learn more about how to use our software. They reside on a secure customer side of our website (http://www.ccgsystems.com) so customers login to access these and other learning resource materials. So in effect they are not publicly accessible.

I'm searching for ideas on how to get the word out to our customers about these video tutorials - what titles are available, where they are located, how they work, etc.

So far, what we do is an email blast to our customers, and we stick blurbs about new titles into sections of two electronic publications we release to our customers, but that gets emailed as a link to one address per customer site... kind of a limited audience.

We have a customer forum that gets a small audience, too. And we also conduct yearly personal site visits to each of our customers (US-wide and Canada).

Ideas we have so far:
- Keep with the email blasts and blurbs in publications
- Post announcements of new titles on the forum
- Start a blog and announce them there, along with plenty of other blog stuff.
- We would make it officially part of Site Visit agendas – our rep navigates to the Customer Side, logs in for them, shows the available resources, creates Bookmarks in their browser, perhaps even starts some tutorial downloads for them.

Any other ideas you can think of that would help us spread the word of these learning materials would be greatly appreciated!
