Contract for music video

I am just starting out, trying to build my reel, and this forum has been a big help to me. I have learned a lot from the people here.

My question is about contracts for music videos. I am doing some work for musicians where they only pay for production costs because I'm wanting to build my portfolio. I want to cover my legal bases so that I can retain usage of the videos for self-promotion later on. These are not big artists (yet), but I read that the video producer should have it in writing anyway in case there are issues with record companies down the line.

I've also read that I should hire a contract attorney, but I am working on low to no budget and would prefer to take care of this myself if possible. Can I find a standard contract or wording for the contract online and have it notarized upon signing?
