how to remove tut noises in presentation?

Hi there,
I have a presentation were the speaker is constantly making a tutting mouth slapping noise every 10 secs during his speech.
I was wandering if there is any way to remove this automatically in soundbooth?
There seems to be a function to "remove noise" however I dont think I am using it correctly or is not suited to what I need.
At the moment I have resorted the keyframe dropping the audio momentarily and then bringing it back up.
However the presentation is 15mins long
There must be a simpler way to to do this! :)
Any help would be much appreciated
cheers
