Typical story: on-the-road / lack of sleep / borrowed PC / tight deadline (and maybe poor planning)

I've searched, but the answers are a bit confusing.

I have a wav file of several musicians and they have asked for a simple CD with several tracks. Back-at-the-ranch, I use an older version of Audition, where I put in a few track markers and then hit 'make CD' in the menu. The PC I have available here only has CS4 and apparently it's audio tool is Soundbooth. I can NOT find anything in the help file about making CDs with Soundbooth.

Surely, Adobe wouldn't have left out this very important function? and if so, is there a work-around? (and don't call me 'Shirley.')
