±2db of analog 0

Hi There,
I am trying to set by audio levels on commercials we edit using Soundbooth CS3. I typically set my levels to what sorta looks/sounds good, without much science or formula to guide me. Now I am faced with uploading my videos to a tough critic. I have received the following request:
If you drop the audio to ±2db of analog 0 and resubmit them with different names then these should all pass. Audio levels: Music audio is good, all other audio peaks +6dB analog.
My question is, how do i set my levels to a specific DB? Is it a number i can punch in, or am I just looking at my audio graph and looking for the peaks? Am I right to assume Soundbooth shows me only digital audio levels. If so, how do I know what my analog levels would be. Thanks!
-Derek
