shifting a clip frame by frame for lip-syncing with Audition

Is there any handy way to shift a clip right or left, frame by frame? I would like something similar to proTools, where you set the shift amount (1 frame, 1/2 a frame...) select the "region" and just press the plus or minor sign. This is very handy when you want to lip-sinc audio vith video. I couldn't find any way with Audition 3. There must be a way!
Thanks a lot!
Fabrizio
