Since the Extreme III has been discontinued, I am looking at the new Sandisk CompactFlash card that BH shows as an accessory for the MRC1 Unit. This new card is called plain-old "Extreme" (not "Extreme III"):
SanDisk 32GB Extreme Compact Flash Memory Card
Mfr# SDCFX-032G-A61
Up to 60MB/S Read/Write, 400X, UDMA-5
Q1) Any reason that this new Extreme CF card would not work? It appears to be faster than the discontinued 32GB Extreme III (30 Mb/sec, 200x, UDMA). Can a card be too fast?
Q2) What is the functional difference between UDMA-5 and any other UDMA card? Is one UDMA type more or less likely to work for my Z7U/MCR1 purposes?
Writing before I order another CF card...
Thanks.
